Maternity Yoga Private Class

Throughout pregnancy I coach you in one-on-one sessions of body movements that equip you physically for birth.

You will be given customized tools, lifestyle tips and movement plans to implement throughout your pregnancy.

These sessions are built to bring balance and alignment to your body. We address areas of imbalance, pain and baby mal-position, to support you in carrying your baby optimally in pregnancy and giving birth with confidence.

What to expect from body work sessions?

Pregnancy is a beautiful time of nurturing new life, but it also brings extra demands on mom's body.

When not supported well, that can show up as strains on the body with issues such as:​

-Body aches and pains

-Diastasis Recti

-Core weakness 

-Pelvic floor tension

-Mobility restrictions 

-Injury 

-Prolonged labor

All the movements and coaching in these sessions are based on the Body Ready Method®, a comprehensive approach for childbearing women to achieve a balanced and strong body.

 

Body Ready Method® is based on 5 pillars:

Upper Body Mobility, Core, Pelvis, Pelvic floor and Movement Patterns.

movement during pregnancy can help you:

We begin with assessing your body and hearing concerns about pain or dysfunction. 

Following that we schedule several balance/alignment sessions throughout pregnancy.

 

I create a personalized plan for you, providing you with movement and lifestyle tools that address your needs during pregnancy.
